Shipping 
Freight
We provide FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground on orders over $150 delivered in the continental US. Additional shipping charges apply for some items, and are noted as such. There is a standard $8.95 shipping charge for orders under $150.
We ship orders daily via UPS. We will gladly accommodate any priority shipping requirements upon request. Please contact us to confirm shipping charges on unusual orders and priority shipments (603)743-4333.
Handling Charge
A $6.95 handling charge will be added to each order placed from our website. Due to certain freight carriers' specifications, some items are subject to an additional oversize/non-box charge in addition to our normal handling charges.
Backorder Policy
Occasionally a backorder will happen, even with our large inventory. In situations like this, we make every effort to fill the backorder as soon as possible. If the backordered item happens to be part of a larger order that has already been shipped to you, we'll pay the handling on that backordered part. Credit Card
You may place your order online from our catalog on our website. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Make sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date. For your protection, all orders are processed on our secure server. Gift Certificate
 Gift certificates can be purchased online via our website. They can be redeemed online or in our retail store using the gift certificate number that the recipient received via email from the purchaser. Please contact us at (603)743-4333 if you have misplaced your gift certiftcate number, or if you have any questions on how to obtain a gift certificate.
Cash
You may review our online catalog, place you rorder using our website, and visit us in person at 44 Maple Street, Dover, NH to pickup your order. We accept cash, check, and credit cards on pickup orders.
Money Order, Wire Transfer, Certified Check
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash.
Warranties/Damaged/Defective
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier and to us. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
Returns
All merchandise returned must be pre-approved and accompanied by an RMA (return manufacturer's approval) number issued by the Ciotti Racing Products. All returns must be prepaid and in the original package. A 15 percent restocking fee may be charged where applicable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
